For almost two years, the pupils of the Kansk Orphanage named after YA Gagarin are friends with the pilot-cosmonaut Alexander Ivanovich Lazutkin.
He twice visited us, presented the museum of the institution with rare space gifts. This year the guys met the hero of Russia online. AI Lazutkin and the administration of the orphanage organized online discussion of the film "Legends of Space" for the children.
The famous cosmonaut initiated the Internet project "Small Space Odyssey", which was organized for creative children interested in cosmonautics and astronomy.
Pupils of the Kansk orphanage also took part in this project. For six months, they performed creative tasks of the cosmonaut, wrote reports, compositions, essays, and performed "flight" tasks.
The first stage was successfully completed and the children received certificates, badges, books, gifts from the Krasnoyarsk Regional House of Science and Technology of the Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations. Now the whole team has come to the end of the second stage of the MCO project. The Gagarin residents showed very high results, organization and discipline and were highly appreciated by the organizers of the project. The organizing committee of the Small Space Odyssey project thanked them for their active assistance in the implementation of the project.
